So many possibilities. Did you connect the vacuum hose that actuates the fuel pressure regulator to a nipple on the intake manifold? If it's connected to ported vacuum on the throttle body it will regulate the fuel pressure improperly. The vacuum can on the distributor should be connected to the throttle body and not the manifold. Is your ignition timing set correctly? NGK spark plugs? Could certainly be a loose connection at the Hall Effect. You have to get that right.
