greetings, my 86 spg is going in for paint in a couple days. after weighing everything out (mainly budget) this is going to be done at maaco. i have actually had very good results with them on another car i did, so i know what i'm getting. my question is about the rear spoiler. from what i've read, it sounds like it would be better to leave it on the car for painting (not what i had planned, but...) given the problems that could result from removal seems like the lesser of two evils. is there any reason to reconsider taking it off?
