And a kit of CV joint grease. If psgr side, hi-temp.
Get circlip off inner end, tap or press tripod off the splines, pull remains of old boot, install new, clamp small end, reinstall tripod and circlip, add grease to driver as you slip boot over driver, clamp that.
It really looks unlikely that the rollers or any of the needle rollers are at all out of place.
And you didn't drive it without grease in it, or at all really once it started coming apart.
If, when you start disassembling it, you find signs of damage, then buy an aftermarket complete axle, and replace the whole thing.
But the easiest way to get the axle nut off is with car assembled, wheel on ground, weight of car on wheel. So maybe first step is to crude-reassemble it, sliding everything into driver as is, then do ball joint, put wheel back on and lower car to ground, then pull axle and check it out. If good put on a new boot, if bad then buy an axle.
