If so I don't think it's part of your no-start problem.

Any updates?

You could try pulling the distributor, disconnecting the center high tension wire and grounding it, and with ignition on, turn the distributor. You should reportedly then be able to hear fuel pump running, and injectors clicking as you turn it, if Hall sensor and its connector are functioning properly.
