Ummmm.... here's my question.. does it really have 24,000 miles on it? Or did the odometer just break at 24,000 miles? Or did the odometer just get replaced at some point? Lemme tell you, I got a 1990 turbo convertible sitting downstairs in the garage with "only" 84,000 miles on it, and if you believe that I also have nice piece of swampland in Florida to sell you.

I'd get the VIN and run a CarFax before I did anything else. And even if it checked out, I'd still figure on spending a couple of grand on it in the first couple years, because no they don't like to sit. But still, hard to pass up, great find if the money is right.

How do you know if the money is right? Only one way to tell: A car is worth what one person will pay for it and what the other person will take for it. Period. Kelly Blue Book is just a guide, and not a particularly helpful one when it comes to a car this uncommon.
