That mileage is possible.Florida air would cause the surface rust you see.Had to have been garaged so something may have fallen on the roof.The seats and pedals are perfect so is the head liner.Just run a report see what comes up.Not that unusual to find a saab like that with 117 K though.I,d give them 6 grand for it,no problem.
Saabs seem to do well in floods.I have a Katrina storm flood Saab 900spg[the address on the reg.put it a few blocks from the lake].Aside from some scratches and some rust around the left front jack point the body is in pretty good shape.I did have to remove the entire interior to clean.The passive seat belt on the pass side is intermittent.I did swap the fuel injection ecu because it would "hiccup"[the engine would cutout for a millisecond at idle, aic would kick in rev to about 1500rpm then was fine.it only did this at idle ]runs fine now with the new ecu.
