Seriously. I had a similar problem and must have gone through the whole engine hunting it all down and nothing fixed it. There used to be kits for it on ebay for like $400. I bought one once and it had a bad (new) ECU, so I went to the junk yard and found everything I needed and then sent the kit back for a refund. As soon as it was all done, the idle was rock solid from then on. Here's how to do it:

Before that though, replace ALL of your vacuum lines. Cheap and easy stuff first.
