all 86-93 exhaust cams are the same, turbo AND nonturbo
all 86-93 turbo intake cams are the same
all 86-93 nonturbo intake cams are the same
85 cams are different
your 86 block determines whehter you need to change cams on your 88 head. if the 86 is a turbo, then the 88 head should have a turbo intake cam. if the 86 block is not a turbo then the 88 head should have a nonturbo intake cam.
timing chains are the same for every 16v Saab 900 through 93
