fundamentally, these are just wires and connectors, but ee101 is connectors are the first things to fail... it's probably some minor issue of connector fit, moisture getting in, or whatever... I will say that the Belden branded wires in our 1989 have been completely trouble free. The car starts up and runs beautifully + they are old wires now...
lots of running issues can be simply the result of an old or non-bosch cap + rotor, use of plugs other than NGK (true for newer saabs also) and "other" wires... dealer (or maybe our indy) put bosch wires in our 1993 ages ago + it has not really started + run as well as the 1989 for a number of years. hoping this will improve that... (car's parked for winter still... should get it out + test this theory soon, but have a minor 9-5 project first)
eeuro has been out of stock on these (as in "can't get them") for almost 2 years, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them while throwing together an order anyway!
