the control module is on a bracket mounted above the heating duct behind the glove box (just reach up underneath the knee bolster and unclip the bracket)... I have 3 modules + none of them work in either of my 900's so I suspect it's more commonly a wire failure.
The driver door has a switch and the other door(s) + trunk have motor/actuators.
So if none of them work, you're either looking at the switch in the driver door, the control module, or the wiring/connectors... if it was working prior to the engine swap, my $ would be on the wiring - either a loose connector, fuse, or just a damaged wire (passing through the door?)...
good luck! someday I will fix this in our cars!
