a/c anti-frost switch questions

I posted about a week ago with some a/c questions . Vsfoxe said he knew or knows a longtime saab tech who often bypassed the frost switch . I think this is a good suggestion if I decide I don't want to deal with fixing/replacing this switch ,because from what I understand the worst that can happen is that your evaporator gets covered in ice and restricts airflow into the cabin . In this case you can just turn off the a/c while it defrosts and still get cold air once it is able to flow through the defrosting evaporator . But... I haven't given up on the switch yet . When I posted a week ago I did not get any responses to 2 questions : How does one get the switch out since its mounting nut appears to be on the inaccessible side of the surface that the switch is mounted on ? Does anyone have info about the screw on the side of the switch that I have read is for its adjustment ? I have turned this screw some , but it does not seem to have made any difference to the way the a/c system runs . I can still hear the switch clicking on and off a half second before the compressor clutch does when it should not be doing this (not frost visible on the evaporator and ambient temp ~ 65 degrees .
