Well, my battery seems to drain on hot and humid days if I drive the car during the day. Overnight,usually the car battery stays charged. However, twice, if I drove the car on a warm humid day, when I come back an hour or two later, the battery is dead. Alternator is getting 13.7 volts approx, and so is the battery. With my multimeter in fused 10A setting, I am getting a 1.5 drain with the car off. Alternator ground looks good, I have previously cleaned and polished all the ground points in the engine bay.

However, one thing that changed before this happened: My drivers seatbelt latch broke, and I couldn't get a replacement for a 1990. So I used a back-seat latch instead. Works fine, but could the fact it doesn't have the seatbelt sensor mean its draining the battery?
