My only recomendation is to NOT send back the caliper as a core...and rebuild it in your spare time. every freakin' caliper I have ever received from eeuro has frozen up within the year or so...
however its always been the rear calipers...I think the same holds true for any rebuild. we're on set two (4) and all are sticky/freeze-y.
unless it caught on fire (ha!), I think you could rebuild it and take better care not to over-bore the cylinder compared to a mass-refab shop that treat'em all the same.
I had good luck with Zimmerman drilled rotors in the past...but alas the holes always fill with dust, thus negating the effect. I drilled them out every 6mo (winter rim swap). I doubt these are high enough quality for your tastes, though.
