Does anyone know the size of the bolt and the thread pitch for the front lower shock mount ? The bolt threads are worn and damaged . I worked really hard to get the nut off without any damage to the bolt . I used a penetrating oil , vibration , heat , and easing the nut back and forth a little at a time . Before all this I did a ton of wire brushing until the metal was clean . I was hopeful when I got the nut off without a lot of force . Unfortunately the threads on the bolt are fairly worn and damaged . I don't think they're in good enough shape to hold the nut on over time . So I'm thinking of redoing the threads with a die or making new threads of a different size if I have to . So if someone knows the size and pitch I can start with that . All the advice I got here a few days ago really helped to get the nut off without complete destruction , but I could really use some more advice at this point so I can avoid having to replace the A arm . It's now quite obvious to me why so many people and up stripping these threads . They just seem too weak to hold up . Thanks in advance .
