Extra Connector at end of wiring harness

Just completed Head Gasket replacement on 1991 900 turbo and have two issues:
1. Reconnected wire harness that that runs along fuel rail. At the end of the harness, there are 4 connectors: one for AIC, one for throttle position switch, one for Mass Air Meter and then one that I cant identify. It is 2 pin and is at the very end with the MAM connector. I have looked near the radiator, turbo tubing, etc and cannot find
2. Black ground wire near throttle body - it looks like it goes on one of the two screws that holds the throttle assembly/ Oil filler tube to the intake. Is this correct or does it go somewhere else?
