'91 NA block in a '90 Turbo

Hi folks,
I am trying to rebuild the engine in my '90 Turbo Vert which ended up with piston damage after some "overboosting". I damaged the cylinder walls and the block I currently have already is overbored per spec one time. I need new overbored pistons which are not easy to come by.
A gentleman is offering me a '91 bottom end block, complete with pistons, rods and crank. Never bored out. Can anyone please tell me if the block is identical between '90 turbo and '91 non turbo? Also, does the turbo require forged pistons vs the non turbo having non forged?
Just trying to figure out if I can use the block and pistons. I was thinking the NA version pistons have higher compression than the turbo version, but again, not sure. Figured I would ask the panel of experts.
Thanks much...My car is one of my few gems and I am tired of seeing it sit in my garage for the 5th year without movement.
