IF that silly little hose connecting the top driver's side of the radiator to the reservoir is clogged, then no trapped air gets out of hte radiator, and the fan switch can't feel the temperature.
I used a ram-rod 1/4 inch diameter to push gunk out of it...
That has caused my 92 900 to have the same symptoms.
Also, though, maybe run it without the T-stat...installed wrong? probably not, but worth the effort of troubleshooting it.
