a few things...
did this problem only appear with the install of the winter wheels?
is there any steering play?
I would normally think tie rod ends - that is the only time I have run into this in a significant way... but if the change is only post-winter tire install that might not be the problem.
old hakkas are soft sidewalls. 7's should be a bit less so. definitely there is some drift even with the 205/55R16 hakka R's on the 9-5... it is normal on dry pavement with these snow tires... that said, the hakka4's (185/65R15) on our 900 are not as unreasonable as it sounds like you are finding...
I also run higher pressure - typically 36 psi. 32 psi is below spec of 34 psi. shouldn't make a huge difference, but maybe a bit. also, when did you measure tire pressure? after driving or cold? and warm day or cold? and did it get cold recently since measuring?
I actually don't find the c900 is that great in side winds especially with hakkasv and low tire pressure, but I never get sucked into trucks... something is not quite right... if there is any steering play I'd look very closely at tie rod ends + the front end in general...
stuff to consider, though I'm sure you mostly have... good luck!
