Inner driver nor motor mounts are 4spd/5spd. Those changes happened later. So did moving of the centering springs into the transmission (your car has them in the shifter console, as did early 5 speeds). You do need to pay attention to those things; none of them are a real problem.
The solid to hydraulic motor mount change is just a matter of swapping out the front half of the chain-case. The inner drivers can be swapped as well, though it's a bit more work. Since you're retrofitting a newer transmission - I'm pretty sure you can simply remove the springs from the console if need be.
I hope others can straighten be out on the schedule, but from memory, centering springs moved in '86? I think motor mounts were mixed until like 89 when they were all hydraulic, and the driver change was maybe '86 also? or it might have been turbo-first, with N/A 16v and 8v later? Given the situation of rebuilds, etc, you really have to take it apart and measure rather than assume anything.
At any rate an early 5-speed should be bolt-on.
