Drive it or sell it on? (long)

For the past 20 years I've been fortunate enough to live only 1.5 miles from work. My 3 mile commute per day was no issue for me and my 1998 Land Cruiser and it's 12 mile per gallon gas mileage. I am a week away from moving the business to a new location ~ 10 miles away.
I am now rethinking my daily driver. I own a very lovely 1988 C 900 T convertible with an Aero Kit (picture attached) I am torn between driving my cherished SAAB and adding 5,000 miles a year onto her.(currently @ 108K miles) I've owned her since 2010 and in that time have only added 3,000 miles.
I need to keep the Land Cruiser for other activities that we do as a family and I can't add another car to the stable. I am tempted to sell on the SAAB and pick up a Mini Cooper or something of the like.
I hate the idea of running the miles up on the car, but don't really want to let her go either. I do have a few updates that need to occur if she's to become a daily driver - New AC, Shocks/Springs and tires.
If you were in my shoes what would you do?
