I can't say for sure, but I'd guess yes. Winter in Sac is frequently in the 20s and 30s (F) overnight and I never had any problems. The car is not driven every day, and even after sitting in sub-50 degree temps for a week it started right up. I'll mention also my starter is quite old and not as efficient as it probably once was, and the battery still did fine.
