I have been trying to find other websites like Saabnet.com for other brands and cannot find much. The more expensive the car, the funnier the questions and answers are. Here's a few I have seen:
Q - Hey Porsche fanatics, I am a PCA member since 1988, what kind of air caps do you use on your wheels.
A - I let my mechanic make those technical decisions, but I will check mine and report back. From what a read, the fronts are different from the rears. I am a PCA member too!
Q - How do I replace the battery in my Lexus?
A - The manual says take it to the dealer.
Q - How do I replace the wipers on my Range Rover?
A - I don't drive mine in the rain, but take it to your mechanic, he will be more than willing to help you. I hear they can be tricky and only a certified mechanic should be used for this because it is safety related.
