The simple thing is to refill the reservoir, bleed the system and see if the seals hold. If not, you probably need either the master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch line or all of the above. Once you know where it's leaking, you'll know what to fix. However, I wouldn't put in a new slave cylinder without also replacing/rebuilding the master cylinder. There is no sense in pumping gunk from an old master cylinder down into a nice new slave cylinder.
