Here's my 2 cents. First off, selling a c900 right now is not easy. Demand goes up and down and right now it seems to be down. I have run into the same issue as yours a number of times. Once was up to 7 c900s at once and realized that all of my weekends, evenings, early mornings, and vacation time had been spent on them for the past 2 years. ALL OF IT! I started out just wanting one working Saab and now I had 7 Saabs and no free time. Oh and a really frustrated wife. So I sold almost all of them. And then bought a couple more that I just couldn't turn down. Enter phase two. Suddenly with a fresh outlook and different cars, everything changed! I was no longer burned out by too many projects or projects that were pretty much completed - now I had two full restorations to do! That was about a year or so ago and now I'm entering phase 3. Moving cross country, ready to make a big change. The two restorations are basically done and the other cars are sold. Now hoping to finally have reached the stage that I can just drive and enjoy them. After 5 years and 14 Saabs total. So that's what I'm going to do. I have even stopped taking on the major projects - just let the mechanic deal with some of them so I can have a little free time with my family. We even took a vacation to Mexico a couple of months ago.
So my suggestion - keep things in perspective. When it's no longer enjoyable, sell it and maybe find something different - for me it was a 1980 c900 turbo. Very different, same appeal. I found that enjoyment again.
