you aren't hyperbolic, are you? Because wiper motor is powered from +54 line which is hot only when the ignition key is in the 'run' position. So you must be able to kill it once you turn off the ignition. You must be able to also kill it when you remove the fuse (IRC fuse #5 in the main blackbox) because it is the only conductor which connects this circuit to +54 line. In other words your description leads me to believe that it still will be running should you disconnect and remove the battery off the car. You ain't David (Copperfield or Blade), are you?

So I can only surmise that either your description is a little bit on the hyperbolic side or PO has modified that circuit or you've got an evil spirit there (then you'd better go and light a candle asap; or give him a virgin or two).
