There are two relays in the harness area. I would not suspect either one - one controls the 4-way corner lights when alarm is armed/disarmed, and the other one controls the starter/ignition lockout. The central locking and alarm are two separate systems, connected together in the 92+ verts only by two wires that go between the alarm brain and the central locking brain - one gives the signal to lock, the other gives the signal to unlock - controlled by the remote button.

I would suspect a faulty remote, a faulty alarm brain, a faulty central locking brain, or a short in the wiring between the two.

If you want to disconnect the system, you will lose the ability to unlock all the doors at the same time. I would suggest unplugging the alarm, then replacing the drivers side door lock actuator with one from a '91 or older car (3 wires instead of two) and then rewiring a couple of connectors in the central locking brain so the key action in the drivers side door gives the signal to lock or unlock instead of the alarm brain/remote (effectively swapping to a '91- central locking system). It's really easy and would probably delete your issues while still maintaining some ease of entry. Let me know if you go this route and I can send you an older drivers side door lock actuator and specific instructions on which wires to change. Could really use some of your alarm components too if you don't want them.
