Roger,
those seatbelts which worked - i.e. which were carried on when the accident happened - must be replaced. It's like the the cylinder head bolts with the only difference that they don't tighten up some light alloy to some iron stuff but protect one's body from going kebab.
As for the SRS bits, I don't have the manual with me right away to check if there is such error codes like 'crash sensors sensed too much of impact' or 'airbag's gone boom', but I'm pretty sure Saab specified SRS ECU to be replaced after collision caused the airbag going deployed. This makes sense: besides the obvious factor like mechanical stress (and this singe one should be enough) there's another factor like the currents which go from the ECU to the airbag when the first ignites the latter and those currents may deteriorate the PCB traces and igniter capacitors. The crash sensors may be re-used if SRS ECU says nothing wrong on them, but be ready to start searching for spare ones and for the SRS-to-TechII adapter and TechII tool (or Saab SRS tool) to reset the SRS ECU if it senses a crash sensor (or sensors, plural) to have gone bad.
Zig
P.S.
You'd better start with checking if SRS has 12V supply and if SRS indicator light bulb is good.
