A hidden refrigerator magnet, I collect them Posted by vvack0matic [Email] (#1443) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vvack0matic) on Mon, 11 Nov 2013 04:51:10 In Reply to: magnet inside of power steering reservoir?, steven mitchem, Sun, 10 Nov 2013 16:41:16 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
But for real, it acts as a barrier wall for the hot fluid comming from the rack to be disputed throughout the entire tank at the same time collecting any metal shavings that may have come from the rack or the pump. The curculation of the fluid goes from the tank to the pump onto the rack then back to the tank smashing directly into the magnet. With out the magnet acting as a barrier wall the hot power sterring fluid would enter the tank and be sucked right down to the pump being the inlet hose and exit hose are in such close proximity the fluid wouldn't cool as well as it dose with it being dispersed by the wall.
