Definitely take the fans off first before trying to get the radiator out.
As others have said, two top screws and then there is a clip that goes over the bottom fan/radiator tab. Good steady pull almost straight up on the fan shroud should get it loose. Removing the intercooler pipe does help give clearance to remove the L/H fan.
Disconnect the wires and you're done. Watch your fingers when pulling fans up, easy to get scraped on back of them! Then tip the top of the radiator back and lift up and out. Don't lose any of the rubber cushions/pads the radiator sits on (2).
Once it's back in place, make sure the clip is on the bottom of the fan shroud, and push that down on the tab before you secure the fans up top. Again, a firm push needed.
Mark :-)
