Knowing exactly what the failure is really needs some better troubleshooting than we can do in words over the web.
However, from what I've seen, there are two major LH ECU failure modes:
- failure of the transistor that supplies a ground path the the fuel pump relay
- failure of the transistor that supplies a ground path to the injectors
There's another mode I've experienced where engine speed porpoises up and down when you open the throttle and there's no power. Replacing one of the power transistors won't help that.
Do a google search for either of these. One of the first items that pops up is a very good page on a guy's repair of an LH (it's on another SAAB site.) It's well worth the read.
