Nope, not an SE. The US-spec SE convertibles only came in two colors: Monte Carlo Yellow and Platina Grey. And, as you mentioned, would have the body panels and 3-spoke wheels.
Probably got titled as an SE by a clerical error or isn't a US-spec model. Is this a US-spec car or was it brought into the US from another market (e.g., Canada, Mexico, Belgium, etc.)?
A US-spec 900S wouldn't be a turbo.
