If you are referring to the inner drivers that come out of the transmission what looks like a cup? You can send them to Ericksson for rebuilding or they may have them on the shelf. They weld it up so it doesn't leak grease like some and have the wear grooves removed. I keep a set on the shelf so I'm not caught short on a rehab.
The interchange as Swedecar mentioned -- early and late versions. I've taken out the inner driver from an automatic and put it in a manual gearbox. Just don't forget to match up the shims and try to use the same companion flange when you install it. Put in new seals and O rings when you reassemble it.
