I tend to remove a little more than is needed so I have better clearance. I would remove the air cleaner and driver's turbo pipes as SS mentioned. I remove three bolts from the clutch cover. Two bolts on the driver's side and one on the top. Then pry it out of the way for access to the 2 starter bolts. The 12mm bolts for the rear starter bracket always seem tighter than they should be. If you want you could also remove the 2 8mm nuts that hold the rear bracket to the starter body. That way you can remove the bracket before you drop the starter down which makes it slightly easier to maneuver it out the hoses. It looks tight in there but AFAIR you move the starter back then drop the snout down and it comes out the bottom, nose down.
