in order to troubleshoot this issue you've got to get to the power locks ecu which is under the knee bolster (RH, passenger side) to get to the source side of the wiring. See Bentley manual on how to proceed with the center console and how to remove the knee bolster. Once you're there it's worth going inside the ecu checking the pcb for corrosion and soldering cracks. If found any get it cleaned and re-soldered, for the latter you can find a good tip on baking it in the oven, search this BB for 'ecu baking'.
