If start fluid does not work because there is too much fue try pulling the fuel pump fuse(#30) and try to start the engine. Have the fuse ready to re insert if the engine starts. Maybe you have overnight leaking injectors or a bad fuel pressure regulator that leaks fuel into the intake manifold through it's vac hose due to a split FP diaphragm. -15 is too cold for me any more. Where are you?
