Alarm wiring Orange Jumper under rear seat? Posted by Paul K [Email] (#2071) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Paul K) on Sun, 1 Feb 2015 13:05:28 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have a '93 900T and I'm about to hook up a aftermarket alarm and keyless entry and I have decided to use the stock alarm wiring under the rear seat.
Two questions:
1.On this connection socket I found that on pin 7 I have a brown wire as apposed to the white as labeled in the Bentley manual, I haven't traced it but in the manual this goes to a switch in the center console, any input?
2. Very close to the alarm connector and the fuse box there is a orange connecter (Saab 8+2 connector) which has jumper wires connecting to it. On male side there are 2 blue, 3 yellow and 2 white wires. Does anyone know what this is for?
