Could be the overall mass and size of the ECU requires a higher heat or longer time? Or, you have a temp sensitive component unrelated to a bad solder joint. A net search for 'baking motherboards' shows 385˚ for 8-10 minutes. My experience baking smaller components is generally successful but have never tried a fuel injection ECU or higher temps. Read a few of the search hits and try it again?
