I've never owned a c900 that didn't have minor condensation leaks at the turbo mating surfaces. They seal up after the engine gets hot. I'm not sure anything will seal that because of the heat cycles they go through. There is a metal gasket between the turbo and the exhaust manifold, but no gasket between the turbo and outlet flange.
Be sure you don't have a broken stud at the exhaust manifold. Exhaust is more likely to leak at the head/manifold surface if there is a broken stud.
Get the motor up to operating temps and carefully place your hand around the mating surfaces. If you have a leak bad enough to smell it in the car, you can usually feel it.
Exhaust doesn't have to be leaking under hood either to get in the cabin. Check the donut and gasket at the catalytic convertor too.
One last thing, are you sure it's exhaust? Sometimes if you have an oil leak at the main seal it will drip onto the downpipe at the bend before the catalytic convertor and make a terrible smell.
