I'd say don't do it as the spring rate changes so radically, that the ride is compromised.
But, if you want to do that, there are spring calculation websites or call Afco Springs in Indiana and ask for tech and tell them what you're doing.
They will ask for the stock height, no. of coils, wire diameter. All that stuff is in the OE manual -- as I recall the spring rate for stock springs is 390 pounds. We use 600 pound springs in the race car, but match the backs as well, and that's the rub -- whatever you do in front, you'll want to do in the rear in terms of matching, etc.
