As I said, you are entitled to your own opinion. The things ATF is assuredly made with are assuredly bad for engines, and the things ATF may be made of are not demonstrably good.
Read the MSDSs for ATF. You will see all the stuff that's bad for engines and absolutely no evidence of anything good for engines. Read BITOG for numerous discussions on the topic - all leading back to the simple fact that "the ATF trick" is more myth than fact.
Let me ask you this: Would you put power steering fluid in your oil? ATF and power steering fluid are remarkably similar, with the standout difference being the anti-foam agents present in power steering fluid. In terms of chemical makeup, not so much different. They both have similar qualities of very thin engine oil - like a 10w or 20w - which anecdotally allows them to reach places that standard motor oils might not. That is where the reputation as a "good cleaner" comes from.
Again, do whatever you like, whatever makes you happy. I prefer to - as much as possible - stay within the realms of science. And until you can prove otherwise, science does not agree with your assertion or, apparently, your eye.
