I don't know how many years this car has been off the road but they'll start and run with surprisingly ancient gas in them. Then you can add some fresh and gradually purge it out and use it up.
Saabu has a good suggestion if you must get the old gas out. Let the fuel pump pump it out. On a non-turbo I've pulled the air cleaner out and sat a 5 gallon can down in there. After disconnecting banjo bolt I threaded the fuel line down away under the intake and poked the banjo end down into the fuel can. Not sure there's the same amount of room on a turbo but a smaller can and the same idea will work.
Watch it as it fills to make sure of not overflowing.
