I've had a couple cars with that bolt missing. My recollection was that I was able to work it in without other drama. I think the bolt head is barely reachable behind the tire. From the picture it looks like the hole in your motor mount doesn't line up with the captive nut. I had one case where I had trouble with motor mount alignment. I used an engine from a wreck. The engine was fine but the force of the collision had wrenched the DS bracket slightly. Didn't notice that until I had installed the engine. Didn't seem to affect shifting but installing the long horizontal bolt was some drama.
