I am just finishing up my auto to manual conversion and have run into an issue. My throttle cable is short by about 1.5 to two inches when connecting it to where it need to be on the throttle body. Even with the plastic adjuster screwed in all the way I am short.

Not sure how in the world this is possible when I just switched the tranny, but I also switched the mounting piece that from the old manual motor to motor the car has now. Why? I am unsure, but it seemed as though I had to.

Either way I am still short. What do I have to do?

Get another throttle cable? Is there an adjustment for a shorter throttle cable besides what I already did?
