SPG started to misfire and died

On Saturday, my wife pulled off the interstate due to engine firing erratically on 1989 SPG. It died in a parking spot.
She jumped the car and limped to a friends garage where it sits. It started once for her 2 days later to record this video:

I will not get any more info until I drive out (240 mi) tomorrow afternoon. I did not spot anything amiss when I inspected and topped fluids prior to trip.
I am not good on the spot. I am looking for pointers to prioritize my time and efforts out there in hope of a speedy resolution ... or at least encouragement I can drive the car back home 240 miles for T day. Thanks.
