Well, I have become confused.

In your original post you say "1991 turbo" but then say "two pump setup" - one of those isn't accurate! 1990+ cars have the single-pump setup similar to 9000s, 9-3s. and 9-5s.

Secondly, I don't think that Eeuro kit features the Walbro 255lph pump. It doesn't *say* it's 255lph, and I think the 255lph pumps all have a 5/16"/8mm outlet and not a 1/4"/6mm outlet like the Eeuro kit. I think that Eeuro kit is a stock replacement in terms of volume.

So, that said, I am pretty sure in order to properly do the 255lph Walbro swap on a c900 you need:

1. Late 9000/9-3/9-5 fuel pump body which features 8mm lines (vs. the c900's 6mm lines)
2. Modify the bottom filter bucket to accept the larger Walbro pump body
3. Modify the negative terminal on the fuel pump power supply to the same .250" quick disconnect as the positive (Walbro pump has same-sized positive and negative terminals)
4. Modify the "hat" on the pump to accept the larger Walbro pump body
5. Some way of connecting the Walbro's non-barbed outlet to the fuel pump housing (which I've not worked out yet)

I'm stuck at #5 because I don't have #1. I'm trying to figure out exactly when the break between 6mm and 8mm Saab pump happened. Sometime in the 9000 run, but I don't know when.
