A 3-inch split downpipe is the cadillac (so that the exhaust from the waste gate is separate). Not sure if #8 primaries can be applied to your 4-speed transmission or not (also depends on what your goals are). I think you said you were tuning this for a rally car. I also have a steel rally differential to stiffen up the gearbox (wasn't particularly expensive, but hard to find).
Speaking of which, you should invest in a set of boxed A-arms, considering the power you are planning on making. Beefing up the suspension is a good idea since a lot of the torque get transferred right to the steering wheel when you punch it into a turn. I had one of my A-arms break and it was not a good thing. Mine fortunately snapped as I was pulling away from a stop sign, so I never topped 5 mph. At high speed it could be very ugly. These used to be sold by Saabrally, but now it looks like they only do a DIY kit(see link below).
