hi justin - my bad terminology! i meant starting ..... the car cranks but is intermittently starting. it's puzzling. i don't think it's the fuel pump and tracking down these electrical problems is a pain! a few days ago it cranked (not slow but normal crank speed) and just wouldn't start. the next day it started up a few times, then later in the day would not. yesterday i made a point of starting the car every couple of hours in the garage and it started. except for the last start which it needed to crank longer than usual to start. on these longer cranks it seems that once it starts, it momentarily struggles a bit to maintain idle, then kind of evens out. the idle seems slightly "rough" - meaning you kind of feel a bit more of a "rumble' sitting in the driver seat, not moving. don't know whether this is indicative of anything or not. anyway, that's where i am at this point! thanks!
