So after your first pass, the brakes were fine without the milk/bubbles effect?
The froth/bubbles began only AFTER you installed the new accumulator?
It might just be some tiny bit of air that's working its way out of the pump system.
If the brakes are working (and hopefully the ABS light has extinguished), I'd be tempted to just drive it and remain very alert. Keep an eye on the reservoir and see if the froth subsides.
I don't recall this happening when I replaced my accumulator (using the same seller as Bob_SAAB_101's Brake Bomb link like you) last year.
But nothing is slapping me as obvious with your situation yet.
