Saabers.
I installed the newer style pressure plate sc437. Initially I installed the spacer ring on the press. After bolting everything up, I noticed the spacer ring easily pulled out. Shouldn't the pressure plate fingers be bellowed out?
The fingers are nearly straight, after pulling the spacer tool out. With the older style pressure plate, I always needed the special Saab tool to compress the fingers and pry the ring out.
Is this the way the new style pressure plate is
Also, how does this pressure plate compare to the older style?
Thanks
