I ended up tapping the block and TIG welded A fitting on to the turbo and connected everything with an fittings. I actually TIG welded onto a plate that is bolted to the turbo so it can be removed. Really the only way I was able to tap the block was because the motor was at the Machine Shop so it already made it simple enough to do that. What you could do is try and fabricate a piece off of the turbo onto the stock return pipe and try and marry the two together somehow. You're really only need about an inch of the stock return tube sticking out of the block and you should be able to connect to it really however you want.
